Grand opening of Kinnane and Gilbert House approaches

CENTACARECQ invites you to attend the grand opening of Kinnane & Gilbert House on Tuesday, July 24 at 10.30am.
Named after the founders of CentacareCQ, Sister Anne Marie Kinnane and Father Francis (Frank) Gilbert, the short term accommodation facility will provide a comfortable and safe haven for the aged and those with a disability who are needing a place to stay.
Kinnane & Gilbert House features three bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry and garage.
Conveniently located in Bolsover Street, Rockhampton, a one-minute drive from the City Centre, Kinnane & Gilbert House is the ideal short-term accommodation solution.
This disability and aged-care friendly home away from home provides a comfortable and safe haven for families.
Kinnane & Gilbert House is proudly owned and supported by CentacareCQ—Central Queensland’s longest established community service provider for more than 40 years.
Guests do not have to be clients of CentacareCQ, but can still take advantage of the services the organisation offers including transport, pre-ordering meals (breakfast and lunch) for delivery and support from friendly, experienced staff.
The home is also wheelchair accessible and qualified support is available if needed.
The opening will be held at 32 Bolsover Street, Rockhampton.
A short ceremony will be held followed by light refreshments and a tour of the premise.
