Are you eligible for a Home Care Package?
CENTACARECQ offers a range of services through the Home Care Package.

This may include but is not limited to Spring Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Pesticide, Allied Health, Yard Maintenance and aids or equipment.
Lizzy and Kathy will be conducting reviews or clients. Should a client’s circumstances change and are no longer due for a review please contact the team and they will reschedule another time.

Successful news from the three yearly Quarterly Review
THE Mackay Community Care Team had their three yearly Quality Review on January 30, 2018 for the Home Care Packages.
Conducted by The Australian Aged Care Quality Agency, the organisation passed the review with flying colours.
The auditors were impressed with the high standard and quality of services and systems.
This was also reflected in the positive feedback from both staff and clients during interviews. CentacareCQ wishes to thank all clients and staff involved in the preparation and participation before and during the audit.
It was certainly a team effort.
