New relief support workers improves CentacareCQ service delivery

CENTACARECQ prides itself on the mission, values and philosophy it holds dear.

The organisation is always looking for innovative ways to improve its service delivery to their valued clients.

One way in which the organisation is doing this is in the form of introducing casual relief workers to the team.

The addition of these extra workers will directly benefit our valued clients in supporting them to live in their own homes and giving them the maximum opportunity to develop a valued lifestyle they can enjoy.

It also means that you, as a client, will continue to receive their services with the least amount of disruption.

Our casual workers will have the flexibility to work outside of normal working weekdays and will be fully qualified with the knowledge, skills and experience in Individual Support, Aged/ Disability.

CentacareCOs additional casual support workers will be able to relieve regular staff during times of leave within the Individual Support Services Team in Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Mackay.
