Out and About in Rockhampton

ROCKHAMPTON Social Group Activities is back in full swing this year with plenty of new groups for everyone to attend.

We have been enjoying Sunset River Cruises, Gladstone Harbour Tours and Farm visits around Central Queensland.

We have several new centre-based activities also kicking off including a Poetry Sharing Morning Tea, Games groups and a Book Exchange.

We have also commenced a weekly pool exercise group held Friday mornings, walking in the heated senior pool at the South Rockhampton Pool.
