Your services over the Easter Period

IN mid 2018, support services on public holidays was changed to only be provided upon request.
All clients have the option to receive services on public holidays (Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day and Labor Day), but these services may attract additional costs, which reflect the higher cost of providing services on public holidays.
This request should be made at least two weeks prior to the public holiday to ensure staff can be rostered to provide the service.
If you are receiving services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS}, please ensure your plan includes public holiday services or discuss alternative payment options with your CentacareCQ Plan Facilitator.
If you are receiving services under a Home Care Package please discuss your service delivery requirements with your case manager to ensure that your supports continue to be delivered during this period.
If you are planning to be away over the Easter period, Anzac Day and Labour Day public holidays, have family available to assist you, or you wish to cancel any services, please contact us as soon as possible.
This will ensure you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
Client Contact Team will be unattended on Good Friday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day and Labour Day.
